I’m thinkin’ about it.  Anyone know anything about it?

One thing keeping me away right now.  The phrase “oily gas”.

That does not sound fun.

  1. Same thing’s keeping me away, hon. . . (And the price.)

  2. We had it over here released about 2 years ago. It’s not really marketed properly because what it does is block the fats that you eat with a crappy diet and makes you pooh them out. That’s it. So. If you eat foods that are high in fat the side effects are worse – SO – it makes you think about eating crappy food.

It can work when used Strictly with a calorie controlled diet and regular exercise, but hey, if we all did that we wouldn’t need the Alli.

I would consider a life style change (ie I should watch what I eat and exercise more) rather than just relying on the pills.

    But that’s just my opinion.

    Sorry.

  3. So I recommend http://sparkpeople.com because it’s free and you just plug in a bunch of things and it just makes you more aware of your eating and exercise habits (I lost 15 lbs thanks to them).

After seeing Requiem for a Dream with Jared Leto I am definitely wary of any ingested diet aid.

  4. How could I have missed this post?

Most of the side effects sound like a Mel Brooks movie. :-O

    Don’t do it!!!
